Annesley Abercorn

Annesley Abercorn FRSA is the Founder & Chairman of The Dream Trust UK.

He currently works as a strategic communications consultant. He is a former political adviser having worked for several MPs including a Cabinet Minister and has stood for both the Westminster and European Parliaments as a candidate.  He was educated at Highgate School and University College London from where he obtained a a BA (Hons) degree in Politics and an MSc in Democracy & Democratisation.

He has always been passionate about supporting young people’s aspirations, something underpinned by the cases he saw during is political work; repeatedly noticing a pattern of talent amongst young people left untapped by difficult circumstance.

In his spare time, he enjoys collecting classic British vehicles. His collection have included a red ‘Routemaster’ double-decker bus, a 1962 three-wheeled milk float and a 1970s ice cream van! Annesley enjoys eating out, cooking, visiting traditional pubs and antique bookshops.
